Why are Immigration Evaluation useful?

Immigration evaluation are useful to determine if an asylum seeker experienced trauma in their home country. Evaluations are useful to petition for an undocumented family member who is at risk of having to leave the country.

What will an immigration evaluation do for my case?

Immigration Evaluations are often the deal breaker in a case. Evaluations can decide whether someone can escape life threatening circumstances and/or whether a family can stay together. Lawyers can rely on psychotherapist to provide evidence for your case and provide a full elicit history within a clients case.

THE PROCESS

I’m here to make this process as simple as possible.

  1. Request a consultation / Book an appointment - A pre-questionnaire will be provided prior to our first meeting.

  2. Meet with your psychotherapist (via video conference) which will be 1 of 2 meetings all of which total 3 hours.

  3. Turnaround time is often flexible (maybe 2-4wks); If needed sooner a rush fee will be applied.
